The original India Pale Ale was brewed by the English. With a slightly higher alcohol content along with a heavy dose of hops, it was crafted to survive the long journey by ship from England to India.This traditional recipe was created with English grown barley malt and locally grown hops. It's a classic blend of rich malty flavours and noble hop bitterness. Lightly dry-hopped allowing a slightly herbal and pine forward aroma.
